Seppe Nobels started Instroom, a culinary and educational project in the port of Antwerp at the beginning of June 2021, together with Chris Bryssinckx, Arne Cremers and the city of Antwerp. It’s a restaurant and an academy, where he prepares newcomers from all parts of the world for a career in the hospitality industry. An intensive project around diversity and inclusion.
